After the big hail storm in the summer of 2015, I received a couple of calls from roofers chasing the storm. I have a small retail building that was located in the middle of the storm and after a couple of calls from roofers, thought I better check out my roof. Ethos was recommended by one of my tenants and it was a great recommendation. After meeting with Constantine, I was very comfortable moving forward with him. It was a great decision because Constantine tripled the amount that my insurance company was originally willing to pay by negotiating with them for a number of months. Their work was professional and thorough, they were very easy to deal with and always did what they said they would do and on time. I ended up with an incredible roof and vents and state of the art. Not only did we get a new roof, but Ethos was helpful in negotiating with the insurance company to receive new windows as well. The roof and windows turned out great, and now that we have moved to another house, we'll plan to use Ethos again with any roofing issues we come across.

Jonathan, from Ethos, went the extra mile to explain to me the process of my roof replacement and what to be prepared for with regards to my insurance company. Jonathan met with my insurance adjustor and pointed all the damages that were caused by the storm. I believe that had he not walked the property with the insurance adjustor, we would not have received our full compensation for damages caused by the storm. The crew came out within a week and completed the roof replacement. The crew was professional, courteous and efficient. No roofing nails, no broken shingles and no trash left behind.
